Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Concierge for a luxury condominium in <LOCATION>. This role is vital in maintaining the high standards of our client's living environment, ensuring safety, security, and exceptional service for residents. Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor security systems including CCTV to ensure the safety of the premises.
- Conduct surveillance activities to prevent loss and maintain security.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
- Enforce building policies and procedures.
- Assist residents with inquiries and provide information as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in law enforcement, surveillance, or loss prevention.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and security protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in luxury residential environments is a plus.
- Valid security license or relevant certifications are preferred.
