Responsibilities:
- Inspect meat products for defects, bruises or blemishes and remove them along with any excess fat.
- Obtain and distribute specified meat or carcass.
- Cut meat products.
- Mark products, workpieces, or equipment with identifying information.
- Prepare meat products for sale or consumption.
- Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
- Provide suggestions to customers on different cuts, cutting techniques and serving size
Requirements:
- Experience with meat cutting is preferred
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Customer service driven.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good product knowledge and attention to detail.
