We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining digital marketing expertise with strategic thinking to drive business growth.
Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that support occupancy goals, brand awareness, resident engagement, and business development. The successful candidate will manage advertising campaigns, website performance, content creation, analytics, and marketing projects across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend strategies to improve ROI.
- Manage Google Analytics and Google Search Console, tracking website performance, user behavior, SEO health, and conversion metrics.
- Execute SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising strategies to increase website traffic and lead generation.
- Create engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing events, open houses, resident engagement initiatives, and community outreach programs.
- Design and administer resident and client surveys, analyze feedback, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with property management, leasing, and leadership teams to support occupancy and retention objectives.
- Manage website updates, landing pages, and digital assets.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and marketing initiatives.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required.
Qualifications
Required
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related role.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and website performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Preferred
- Experience in property management, real estate, multifamily housing, or a related industry.
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and website content management systems.
