Aircraft Maintenance Technician (Mechanical, Structural, and Avionics)

Job description
• Identify problems with aircraft structural, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical

systems;

technical drawings, manuals and procedures;

Repair and overhaul aircraft structural, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems;
Install or modify aircraft engines or other aircraft systems, such as mechanical and

hydraulic systems, flight control systems, fuel systems and pneumatic systems;

Disassemble airframes, engines or other aircraft systems for repair, refurbishment,

cleaning and reassembly;

Perform routine maintenance and report on it;
Identify and place material orders in accordance with company policies;
Order parts and supplies and maintain an inventory;
Inform the Quality Assurance Supervisor of irregularities on maintenance work tasks;
Ensure that the work is performed according to quality standards, AAR policies

and procedures and applicable regulations;

Work closely with the aircraft team leader to ensure that work is completed on schedule;
Ensure that the aircraft documentation is complete and in accordance with the

company's and operator's standards;

Skills and qualifications
• Hold technical or college training in aircraft maintenance in mechanical, structural or

avionics;

Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in the maintenance of civil or military aircraft;
Good adaptability, organizational skills, attention to detail;
Be available to work a variety of shifts.
