You'll be someone who can think creatively while collaborating closely with developers, someone who understands both great design and how that design comes to life.

Role Title: Product Designer (UX/UI)
We're seeking an experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) to create beautiful, engaging, and intuitive digital experiences that make every interaction with The Bow feel fun, whimsical, and unforgettable.
Responsibilities:
- Design engaging, polished digital experiences in Figma across multiple formats and aspect ratios.
- Create designs for websites, email newsletters, and marketing templates (including platforms such as GoDaddy and Kit).
- Design for a variety of platforms, including mobile, desktop, and TV interfaces.
- Create user experiences that are intuitive, playful, and memorable while balancing creativity with usability.
- Collaborate closely with both creative and technical teams, translating ideas into thoughtful, developer ready designs.
- Build organized Figma files, reusable components, and design systems that support efficient implementation.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, product needs, and business goals.
Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma with a portfolio showcasing exceptional digital product design.
- Experience designing UX/UI across responsive web, mobile, desktop, and TV platforms.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles, accessibility, responsive design, and interaction design.
- Experience designing websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing assets.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both designers and developers, bridging creative vision with technical execution.
- Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and a passion for crafting delightful user experiences.
- An appreciation for inclusive design and authentic community driven experiences is considered an asset.
Compensation:
