About the Firm/Role
One of the GTA's premier Personal Injury law firms is looking to add a Personal Injury Law Clerk to their group, located in Downtown Toronto.
Your Responsibilities
- Opening and closing files
- Drafting pleadings, file summaries, mediation and pre-trial memos, motions and settlement briefs
- Scheduling examinations for discovery, mediations, hearings, and court appointments
- Preparing Affidavit of Documents; document production and undertakings follow up
- Trial preparation
Salary Range
$60,000 - $70,000
What You Bring
- 3 + years of Personal Injury experience with an emphasis on Tort work and Plaintiff
- Law Clerk diploma from a recognized institution will be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
