Opportunity: Journeyman Carpenter -_ Local to Fort McMurray Only_
Schedule: Monday - Thursday
Job Location: Northern Alberta
Opportunity Description:
The successful candidate will provide hands on technical support within our clients fixed and mobile buildings as a Carpenter.
Qualifications:
Education, Skills & Experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean drivers abstract
- CSO certificate is required;
- Valid Energy Safety Canada accredited Elevated Work Platform, Confined Space and Fall Protection;
- Licensed Alberta Journeyperson, Red Seal Certificate;
- Maintenance Experience;
- 3-5 years of commercial painting or industrial experience is required
- Framing and trailer experience considered an asset;
- Finish Experience considered an asset;
- Zoom Boom/telehandler/skidsteer ticket considered an asset;
- Self-motivated, reliable, flexible and proactive with an ability to work in a fast paced environment;
- Demonstrated a history of safe carpentry related practices.
