Job Summary
The Customer Experience Coordinator - Production reports to the Managing Partner and is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing embroidery work, logistics/operations, and embellishment work including using heat transfer, embroidery and other embellishment techniques. The ideal candidate has experience with garment decoration experience or willing to learn, an eye for detail, and the ability to learn to operate and maintain embroidery machines, heat presses, and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations and Logistics:
- Coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and manage inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Receive storefront and online orders to complete production
- Operate embroidery machines to stitch logos, names, and designs onto uniforms and promotional apparel.
- Use heat transfer equipment to apply vinyl, screen-printed, or sublimation designs onto garments.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in placement, color matching, and stitching.
- Prepare garments by properly hooping and positioning materials.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
- Inspect finished products to meet company and customer quality standards.
- Keep workstations clean and organized.
- Assist with order tracking, packaging, and shipping.
2. Team Collaboration:
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes.
- Provide scheduling and general support for team members.

Pay: $17.82-$22.68 per hour
