The Operations Coordinator will perform a variety of resource management and strategic planning tasks to ensure the organization is running efficiently. Will act as the face of the company by working as guest service person and be the main client point of contact. Handle bridging the gap between various departments and management groups within our company.
Reports to Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Aiding with the daily operational activities under the direction of managers
· Performing administrative tasks, such as supplying bookkeeping support, answering phones, answering email enquiries, scheduling meetings, client communications and correspondence, taking rent payments and issuing receipts etc.
· Collecting data and keeping correct company or departmental records.
· Providing staff with the necessary support and resources to effectively do their jobs to the best of their abilities.
· Creating, improving, and keeping an organized system across all departments.
· Facilitating cross-channel feedback from tenants, guests, owners and employees to management and executive teams.
· Working with team leaders, managers to learn department needs and goals.
· Ensuring all activities confirm to local, federal, industrial and company standards.
· Identifying and resolving problems
· Designing and maintaining clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.
· Collaborates with managers to set procedures, polices and processes.

· Addressing complaints from owners, tenants, and guests in a timely and professional manner.
· Assisting with property leasing, including marketing, showing vacant units, and screening potential tenants.
· Assist with inspections as needed.
· Previous office or property management skills an asset
