Red Seal HD Techs for remote work primarily Ontario, Manitoba or Newfoundland . 14/14 day rotation.
Qualifications: The successful candidate must hold an interprovincial red seal or journey-person certificate. Off road equipment and/or mining experience required.
Duties:
- Confer with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding all repairs and the extent of repairs required.
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections.
- Check or diagnose equipment to evaluate performance and to detect faults, breaks, or malfunctions.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that repairs have been completed to acceptable standards.
-Use diagnostic equipment and software
-Create and maintaining service records
-Assist in ordering and management of parts, supplies and tools
-Use of Google WorkSpace for work related correspondence and tasks
OTHER CRITERIA
-must be motivated to work and adaptable
-prepared for the issues related to flying in and out for work, (travel from the nearest airport included)
- must be comfortable in remote settings where work may be outside in extreme conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
