Concrete Form Setter
We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Form Setter to join our construction team in Saskatchewan. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience working with concrete formwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, align, and dismantle concrete forms for various structures
- Read layouts and specifications to accurately build forms to required dimensions and grades
- Perform basic grade calculations and measurements as needed on-site
- Place and compact fill material using tampers or compactors to achieve required elevations and specifications
- Assist with concrete preparation and related site tasks
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
- Remove debris and ensure work sites remain safe and efficient
- Follow all company safety procedures, site rules, and PPE requirements
- Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects safely and on schedule
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Foreman or Superintendent
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1+ years of experience setting concrete forms (wood or steel)
- Previous carpentry experience considered an asset
- Experience working with concrete materials and finishing processes considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
- Ability to read measurements, work from grades, and follow specifications
- Strong understanding of safe work practices in a construction environment
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a crew
