Qualifications
At least 1 year of retail sales experience
Excellent command of sales techniques and customer service
Very good knowledge of products and fashion trends
Strong communication skills
Dynamic, motivated, and professional
Good organizational skills
Ability to meet goals
Knowledge of computer tools (POS system, sales management)
High availability (flexible schedule)
Main Responsibilities
Greet, advise, and build customer loyalty
Provide personalized service and meet sales targets
Assist with in-store visual merchandising
Manage merchandise (receiving, stocking, inventory)
Keep the store clean, organized, and attractive
Actively contribute to achieving sales targets
