- Train and develop staff in retail sales techniques, customer service best practices, and store policies.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding product buying and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience for customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and inventory calculations.
