Title: Door-to-Door Sales Representative
Available Shifts:
- Morning Shift – 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift – 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Location: Scarborough, Markham, Pickering & Ajax, ON
Shift Days: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend shifts available)
Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00/hr + Commission
Job Description:
Property maintenance company is hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives for the upcoming season. This is a customer-facing role with training provided and strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners
- Book estimates/appointments and collect customer details accurately
- Use company tools to track leads and bookings
- Follow training, sales scripts, and daily activity targets
- Collect deposits/payments when required and provide receipts/instructions
- Perform general sales and customer service duties as required
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and talking to new people daily
- Sales experience is an asset; training provided for the right candidate
- Valid G driver's license required
- Clean driving abstract required
- Ability to travel locally within assigned areas
- Reliable and punctual
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
