K. Joly Contracting is hiring a Hardscape Foreman to lead landscape construction projects in the Ottawa area. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong hardscape experience who can lead a crew, run a jobsite, and deliver high-quality work safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew on hardscape and landscape construction projects
- Build patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and other outdoor features
- Read plans and organize daily site production
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics
- Train and direct crew members on proper installation methods
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Communicate project progress, issues, and needs with management
- Troubleshoot site conditions and keep jobs moving on schedule
Qualifications:
- Experience in hardscape installation
- Experience leading a crew or running a jobsite
- Ability to read landscape or construction plans
- Strong knowledge of base prep, grading, drainage, and proper install practices
- Comfortable operating equipment and using construction tools
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable, organized, and able to lead by example
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
