The Harrison Park Inn Restaurant is currently looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years experience cooking and plating breakfast, lunch and dinner in a full service restaurant. Candidates must be able to work in front of a deep fryer, flat top, and grill, preparing dine-in and takeout items. The ability to follow recipes and assist in food prep is also a part of the every day work load. It is important that candidates are able to read and work off of multiple food tickets at once and communicate, in a friendly manor, with other back of house staff as well as front of house staff in a fast paced work environment. Order of operation is very important for success in this kitchen, it is important that you are willing and able to learn and follow the systems that are in place to ensure your own success and efficiently make it through busy services.
Ability to lift 50lbs, knife skills, safe food handling awareness, ATTENTION TO DETAIL and a positive team oriented attitude are important qualities that candidates must have to be welcomed on to our team. It is important that the right candidate takes pride in their work and shows respect to their teammates.
