Operations & Business Development Coordinator (Part-Time) About Pandora's Box Auto Security
Pandora's Box Auto Security is a rapidly growing mobile vehicle security company serving the Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in professional immobilizer installations that help protect vehicles from theft. We're looking for an ambitious, organized, and outgoing individual to become a key part of our growing team.
This is more than an administrative position—you'll be the bridge between our sales, installation, and operations teams while also helping generate new business throughout the GTA.
Position Summary
As the operations & business development coordinator, you'll work directly with the owner to help manage daily operations while actively growing the business. Your time will be split between office/remote administrative work and field sales, making cold calls, visiting businesses, and generating new customers through door-to-door outreach.

Responsibilities: Operations
- Coordinate daily installation schedules.
- Manage Google Calendar appointments.
- Update and maintain our CRM (ClickUp).
- Follow up with customers regarding quotes, deposits, and appointments.
- Answer customer inquiries by phone, text, and email.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating team members.
- Support communication between installers, sales representatives, and management.
- Track daily and weekly team performance.
Business Development
- Cold call dealerships, repair shops, body shops, fleet companies, and local businesses.
- Build long-term relationships with commercial partners.
- Visit businesses in person to introduce Pandora's Box services.
- Conduct door-to-door lead generation in targeted neighborhoods.
- Attend networking events and community promotions when required.
- Help identify new opportunities to expand the business.
Administrative
- Maintain organized customer records.
- Prepare daily reports and update sales pipelines.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and customer follow-ups.
- Perform additional operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, and learning new software.
- Valid G driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Previous sales, business development, customer service, or administrative experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Compensation
- Part-time position (approximately 20–30 hours per week).
