Integration Lead / DevOps Lead
Mission: Build and run the technical infrastructure that keeps the TPMX.io live, secure, and compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Own the production cloud estate: VPCs, compute, storage, networking, WAF, DDoS mitigation
- Run CI/CD, deployment gates, blue-green releases, rollback procedures
- Operate Avalanche Subnet validators and RPC nodes; monitor sync, health, and consensus
- Execute DFNS key ceremonies and maintain the internal signing authority (ISA) tier model
- Design and enforce disaster-recovery and business-continuity procedures
- Manage on-call rotation and incident response alongside Security Operations
- Cost governance and capacity planning
- Vendor management for cloud, DFNS, and node providers
Must-have:
- 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Production experience with AWS and at least one other cloud (Azure preferred)
- Production blockchain node experience (any Layer-1 or Subnet)
- Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi)
- CI/CD at scale (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or equivalent)
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident (ITAR-like sensitivity on signing infrastructure)
Nice-to-have:
- Avalanche-specific node or Subnet experience
- DFNS, Fireblocks, or other MPC custody platform experience
- Financial services or regulated marketplace background
- Security clearance or previous trust-company / custodian exposure
Pay: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
