The Role
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of both our sales pipeline and marketing operations.
You will act as the quarterback of our sales and marketing efforts, managing strategy, execution and reporting while working closely with the CEO and leadership team.
Sales Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and develop new leads through outbound outreach, not just inbound inquiries
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline
- Own customer relationships from first contact through to close and follow-up
- Maintain consistent and timely communication with prospects and existing customers
- Ensure full availability and responsiveness during core business hours for inbound sales calls
- Provide monthly sales reports including pipeline status, active prospects, and deal progression
- Represent CenturionPro at trade shows and industry events as required
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy, distributor alignment, and promotional planning
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Manage and optimize all Google Ads campaigns including budget allocation and seasonal targeting
- Own all social media platforms - create content, monitor engagement, and grow audience
- Oversee all website updates and improvements
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal marketing strategies, and product launches
- Manage trade show planning including booth selection, logistics, and pre-booked outreach strategies
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to refine positioning
- Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM and marketing tools
- Provide monthly marketing updates including campaign performance, completed initiatives, and upcoming plans
- Manage marketing budget and provide recommendations on spend allocation

Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in both B2B sales and digital marketing
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (CPC, CPM, retargeting)
- Strong social media management experience including Instagram and YouTube
- SEO knowledge and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Web design knowledge (Shopify and Wordpress)

- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Experience in agricultural, cannabis, or industrial equipment industries
