About the Role
Steel-Craft Door Sales & Service Ltd. is seeking a Receptionist to join our Saskatoon Branch. This position is responsible for providing front line administrative and customer service support at our Saskatoon Branch. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and vendors, while also supporting the inside sales and shipping functions with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greet and direct walk-in customers and visitors to the appropriate sales representative, or assist where appropriate.
- Provide administrative support to the inside sales team, including paperwork and order related tasks.
- Assist the shipping department with administrative duties as required.
- Receive, match, and file paperwork in accordance with branch processes.
- Process customer payments over the phone as required.
- Maintain the reception and front office area in a clan and professional manner.
- Support general administrative functions across the branch.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and customer focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
