Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the efficiency of the kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining high quality and presentation.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
Skills
- Proficient in cooking techniques and meal preparation methods.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred.
