Senior Project Manager – Restoration Services (Condominium Division)
Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year (based on experience)
We are a well-established restoration company specializing in condominium restoration projects across the Greater Toronto Area. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision and no training required.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple restoration projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with condominium property managers, boards, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality control, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct site visits and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Resolve project challenges efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the restoration, construction, or condominium restoration industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of restoration processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems independently.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and ability to travel throughout the GTA.
