Our Client:
Join a fast-growing company that's redefining safety and operational excellence in one of Canada's most dynamic markets. This organization delivers specialized, tech-enabled services that protect communities, assets, and the people within them. With a strong foothold in the Greater Toronto Area and ambitious plans to scale, they operate at the intersection of service delivery, technology, and compliance - bringing structure, accountability, and innovation to an industry that demands both precision and trust. If you bring a CPA designation, a history of building strong finance teams, and a bias toward improving how things get done, we'd love to tell you more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy across all balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Manage multiple general ledgers to support detailed management reporting, including cost segmentation, payroll by business line, and inventory tracking

- Deliver strategic financial insights that support executive decision-making
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banking partners, tax advisors, and other key stakeholders
