The Role
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, our Shipper / Receiver is responsible for backend operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintenance / housekeeping.
Minimum Requirements
If you do not meet ALL of the following requirements, please do not apply.
· Minimum 2 years of direct shipping and receiving experience
· Ability to communicate effectively in English
· Ability to stand for full 8+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
· Legally eligible to work in Canada
Assets (Not Required, But Valued)
· Experience with FedEx, Purolator, and/or UPS shipping platforms
· Valid and up-to-date forklift ticket
Duties & Responsibilities
· Manage shipping and receiving processes, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
· Perform order picking, packing, and staging for outbound shipments with accuracy and attention to detail
· Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of products to prevent damage
· Assist with warehouse organization, including storage layout and maintaining a clean work environment
· Follow all safety protocols when operating equipment and handling materials
· Perform other duties as assigned by management

The right candidate will bring some experience, but attitude and aptitude matter most. Training will be provided for the right person.
