Construction Sales Assistant: Part-Time Position (Students Welcome)
Part Time Work:
We are looking for a diverse multi-tasker to work Saturdays from 10-4:00 pm as well as 1-2 days during the week. Week day hours to be determined between employer and new employee
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales/customer service
Receiving and shipping inventory
Keeping warehouse space tidy &organized
Deliveries with a company vehicle
Taking aluminum to recycling with a company vehicle
Saturday-Showroom Retail Salesperson:
- Welcome and greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions
- Provide outstanding product knowledge, including details
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
Weekday -Warehouse
- Unloading trucks
- Organizing materials
- Picking up material (using a company vehicle)
- Recycle material (using a company vehicle)
Requirements:
Must have a friendly outgoing personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Exhibit strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be legally eligible to work in Alberta.
- Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in Canada
- Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
- Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
- Work well alone or with others.
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
