We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our Amazing Team!
Job Description:
- Training in multiple areas of a group of companies (never bored!)
- Inventory / sale of inventory
- Online ads and posting for sale
- Utilize platforms such as Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace, eBay, etc.
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations.
- Customer Service
- Point of Sale transactions
- Scheduling
- Invoicing
- Assist in other areas of the company, when needed.
- Moving to different opportunities as you grow, we will utilize your strengths.
Qualifications:
- Ability to type 40wpm.
- Great organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize different tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word & Excel).
- Problem-solving skills with fantastic interpersonal skills.
