JOB TITLE: Clinic Lead
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-Time
LOCATION: True Balance, All Locations - Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove and St. Albert
HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position. Hours could be a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts across a 5-day work week — flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
COMPENSATION: $27-$30 per hour, based on experience.

JOB SUMMARY
The Clinic Lead owns the daily leadership and operational success of the clinic — delivering exceptional client care, developing a strong team, driving operational efficiency, and helping the clinic hit its financial and performance goals.
Working closely with regional leadership and corporate support, the Clinic Lead is the clinic's primary point of leadership, building a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor clinic team members day to day.
- Build a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture.
- Own onboarding, training, and ongoing development for new and current employees.
- Run regular team meetings, coaching conversations, and performance check-ins.
- Partner with leadership on performance management.
- Manage scheduling, time-off requests, and staffing coordination.
- Drive engagement, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning.
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily clinic operations to keep workflows efficient and service exceptional.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently.
- Maintain clinic presentation, organization, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
- Track inventory, equipment, and supply levels, and manage ordering.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly.
- Spot and act on opportunities to improve efficiency and client experience.
Client Experience
- Champion an exceptional client experience from first inquiry through ongoing care.
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, leading service recovery when needed.
- Monitor client feedback and act on it.
- Drive client retention and relationship-building.
- Hold the team to consistent service standards.
Business Performance
- Drive the clinic toward its performance goals and KPIs.
- Track operational and financial performance and flag opportunities for improvement.
- Build a culture focused on growth, retention, and service excellence.
- Support promotions, events, and business development activity.
- Use reporting and data to inform planning and decisions.
Professionalism & Compliance
- Lead with integrity, professionalism, and accountability in every interaction.
- Protect the confidentiality of employee, client, and business information.
- Ensure compliance with company policy, industry regulation, and applicable law.
- Model company values and lead by example.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, solutions-focused workplace.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Keep documentation, records, and operational reporting accurate and current.
- Support payroll, scheduling, inventory, and other business processes as needed.
- Maintain data integrity across clinic systems and reporting platforms.
- Communicate clearly with leadership and cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience — healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or retail preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A track record of coaching, motivating, and developing others.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Comfortable with technology and business management software.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Flexible and adaptable as business needs shift.
