Job Summary
Assisting the Executive Chef and Head Chef in the overall operations of the
kitchen including;
- Prepare and plate salads, desserts, and fry station items according to recipe and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of assigned stations
- Ensure consistent food quality and timely service during peak periods
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and daily station setup
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of progressive kitchen or line cook experience
- Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and grow
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
- Valid Food Safe certification or provincial equivalent
- Ability to manage with a high level of attention to detail
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
