We are looking for supportive Setters to enhance our service team. As a Setter, you support your Service team with all sorts of guest needs to ensure flawless execution. You are an important piece in our guests having a great experience at Earls.
As a Setter, you will:

Assist your Managers and Hosts in ensuring tables are cleared and reset in an efficient and clean manner. This allows us to efficiently get the next guests waiting into a table.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.

Adapt to any situation with ease. Tackle problems by using your efficient skills and your commitment to the guest experience.
