About Us
Inlingua Victoria is a leading language school dedicated to providing high-quality English language instruction to international students. This summer, we are excited to welcome groups of motivated learners from around the world, aged 14–50, who are eager to improve their English while experiencing Canadian culture.
We are looking for dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic ESL instructors who have a passion for teaching and creating a fun, engaging learning environment. If you are patient, professional, and genuinely care about your students’ growth, we would love to hear from you!
Job Summary
As an ESL Instructor at Inlingua Victoria, you will:
- Teach English to teenage and adult students in group settings.
- Create a supportive, interactive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Integrate cultural activities and experiential learning to enhance students’ understanding of Canadian life.
- Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and confidence in language use.
- Collaborate with other instructors and program staff to ensure smooth program delivery.
Program Dates: July 20th - July 31st, 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (required)
- TESOL/TESL/TEFL certification (required)
- At least 1 year of ESL teaching experience, either in Canada or abroad (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic teaching environment and work flexible schedules
- Interest in cultural exchange and promoting a positive learning experience for students
