Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized COR Safety Officer/HVAC Dispatch to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring safety compliance across operations while managing HVAC dispatch functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in various data entry and management systems, and the ability to coordinate logistics effectively. Duties
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards as a COR Safety Officer.
- Manage HVAC dispatch operations, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely service delivery.
- Utilize transportation management systems and SyteLine for tracking shipments, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Handle freight coordination, shipping, and receiving activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain data entry records related to safety inspections, dispatch logs, and shipment details
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients via multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized documentation of all dispatch activities, safety reports, and related correspondence.
- Assist with supply chain management tasks related to logistics planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with transportation management systems
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, freight logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, and 3PL operations.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; proficiency in typing and multi-line phone systems.
- Analytical skills to interpret operational data and generate actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for interacting with vendors, clients, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience in safety compliance or as a COR Safety Officer is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
