Job Overview
Currently seeking a Class 1 driver for a fuel hauling position within B.C.
Duties
- Deliver petroleum products to and from locations within B.C.
- Adhere to company protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (Class 1) with a clean driving record.
- 3+ years experience with fuel hauling in super-b configuration
- 5+ years super-b experience within B.C.
- Proficient with 18sp manual transmissions.
- Currently carded in Kamloops and Prince George an asset.
- Flexible start times and delivery times to accommodate customers' requirements.
- Mechanical aptitude an asset for on the road diagnosing of issues.
- Strong attention to safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to meet the physical demands of loading/unload fuel, chaining up when required, and general maintenance of vehicles.
This position is full-time. Driver will be on the road for their 70hr week. Payment is based on a percentage of gross truck revenue.
This is not an entry-level position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
