Position Overview
Reporting to the Director of Brand, the Brand & Social Media Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of Cabot's global brand, content, and marketing initiatives. Working across six Cabot properties and four Cabot-managed properties, this role helps ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned across the portfolio.
Based in Toronto, the Brand Marketing Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for social media, content production, influencer partnerships, brand initiatives, campaign execution, and marketing operations. Working closely with property teams, external agencies, content creators, and internal stakeholders, this role helps bring Cabot's brand to life across digital, print, and on-property channels while maintaining consistency across every guest touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Coordination

Coordinate social media content calendars and publishing schedules across Cabot's global portfolio.

Assist with the planning and coordination of content creator and influencer visits, including itinerary development and on-property logistics.

Maintain influencer collaboration trackers and compile post-visit metrics and campaign reports for property teams.

Liaise with property teams, photographers, videographers, and creators to coordinate content capture opportunities.

Organize and maintain digital content libraries, including photography, video, and marketing assets.

Assist with community management by responding to social media inquiries, resharing user-generated content, and supporting audience engagement.

Maintain media kits, tour operator assets, and other marketing resources.
Brand Coordination

Coordinate day-to-day brand requests across Cabot's global portfolio.

Assist in the development and production of brand marketing collateral, including signage, menus, advertisements, presentations, guidebooks, and sales materials.

Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, and brand guidelines.

Coordinate the distribution of approved marketing assets to external agencies, vendors, and property teams.

Assist with website content updates, including rates, accolades, approved copy, imagery, and other marketing information.

Support property teams in maintaining consistent brand execution across all marketing and guest touchpoints.
Campaign & Team Coordination

Assist with the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, property launches, and brand initiatives.

Coordinate project timelines, creative briefs, approvals, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.

Track project milestones and follow up on outstanding action items to support timely delivery.

Compile campaign results, KPI reporting, and post-campaign performance summaries.

Support marketing planning processes, including campaign calendars and MMPD requests.

Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and team workflows.
