ABOUT THE JOB
Position: Line Cook
Terms of Employment: Part time and Full time. Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.
Job Duties:
- ensure quality of food is top notch and consistent,
- work with specialized cooking equipment,
- ensure that kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards,
- follow recipes and presentation specifications,
- meet dietary requirements where required,
- clean and maintain station.
Requirements:

minimum 2 year related experience

strong work ethic

ability to communicate well with back and front of house staff

demonstrated experience in high volume restaurant required
