Job Title: Pizza Cook

ResponsibilitiesTasks
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Manage kitchen operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Pizza Cook, Line Cook, or Prep Cook in a restaurant setting preferred.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with hand-stretching dough and operating professional pizza ovens is a major plus.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, work near high-heat ovens.
- Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
