KIDORCA is a growing Canadian children’s lifestyle brand inspired by outdoor adventures, travel, and premium family experiences. We create high-quality apparel designed for movement, comfort, and modern family life.
We are looking for a highly creative and visually strong Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in photography, videography, editing, and storytelling who understands modern short-form content and premium lifestyle branding.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- In-person in Port Coquitlam studio/warehouse
- Occasional outdoor or on-location shoots around Greater Vancouver
Compensation
- $22/hour to start
- Plus 1% commission on deposited retail and wholesale sales

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photo and video content for Instagram Reels, Stories, campaigns, website, catalogue, and wholesale materials
- Capture lifestyle content featuring children, outdoor adventures, travel moments, and behind-the-scenes brand life
- Film and edit engaging short-form videos optimized for Instagram and social media platforms
- Maintain KIDORCA’s premium visual aesthetic and cohesive Instagram feed
- Create reel covers, captions, subtitles, overlays, and branded graphics
- Prepare clean professional product photography for website and marketing use
- Support content planning, posting schedules, and community engagement
- Organize and manage content folders and creative assets
- Participate in brainstorming creative campaigns and storytelling concepts
Requirements
- Strong experience in photography and videography
- Strong portfolio showcasing lifestyle photography and short-form video content
- Proficiency in:
- CapCut
- Lightroom
- Photoshop
- Claude AI or similar AI tools
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, hooks, pacing, captions, and visual storytelling
- Strong aesthetic eye and understanding of premium lifestyle branding
- Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable travelling to shoot locations around Greater Vancouver
- Comfortable working with children and family-focused content
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with outdoor, travel, fashion, or lifestyle brands is an asset
