As a Subcontractor for Sweepy Maids, you will be responsible for performing cleaning services as outlined by our contracts with clients. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks including but not limited to vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and trash removal.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow specific client instructions and preferences to meet their cleaning requirements.
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues observed during cleaning tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and company management to address any concerns or feedback.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the specified time frame and to the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry or a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to various job sites.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.

- Valid business license and insurance (if applicable).
- Ability to pass a background check.
