Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or related degree combined with one (1) year of relevant research or clinical experience is required.
Prior research experience with individuals and/or families with developmental disabilities is required.
Familiarity with issues related to aging and dementia among people with developmental disabilities is required.
Proficiency with REDCap, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, SPSS, and NVivo software is an asset.
Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment is required.
Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy while meeting deadlines is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and within an inter-professional team is required.
Ability to work effectively in a variety of settings with individuals from diverse backgrounds is required.
Proven ability to develop accessible, plain-language, and inclusive materials for diverse audiences is an asset.
Familiarity with easy-read principles and inclusive design frameworks is an asset.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and community-based research is an asset.
Bilingualism (French/English) and/or proficiency in a second language is an asset.
Salary Range: $27.95 -$37.28 per hour
