Program Administrator - Golden
Regular Full-time
Duties: Reporting to the Manager of the Golden Campus, this position is responsible for the planning and development of Continuing Education, Contract Training, and other programming and activities at the Golden Campus. This includes set-up, scheduling, maintenance, monitoring, advertising, and reporting related to both part time and full-time programming. This position supports the manager in linking community requests with college services and programs.
Qualifications: We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful professional with a Business and/or Office Administration Diploma, or a minimum of three years of related experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Windows operating systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel, and have experience working with Colleague or other electronic information systems. They will possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, analyze and evaluate information to determine appropriate courses of action, and effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Experience in event, program, or project management, marketing, and proposal and/or grant writing would be considered an asset. A valid Class 5 Driver's License is required

Salary: Position #10
CUPE Pay Level 5 with a starting wage of $50,468.60 per year with increments progressing to Step 5 as per the CUPE Collective Agreement. The College also offers a comprehensive range of benefits including defined pension, generous vacation entitlements, health and dental plans, and more.
