Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting Mechanical Assemblers for one of our valued clients in the HVAC manufacturing industry, specializing in the production of mild steel and stainless steel duct systems.

Pay
$21.20 per hour
Schedule
- Training/Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Candidates must be flexible to transition to the afternoon shift of 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM as business needs evolve.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mild steel and stainless steel duct systems according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Use measuring tools to ensure accurate dimensions and quality workmanship.
- Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares.
- Proficient with hand and power tools.
- Experience working with metal products is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality work.
