As demand for clean energy continues to grow, we are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated, professional, and results-driven Solar Sales Consultants to join us.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Consultant / Home Advisor to meet with homeowners, educate them on solar and home energy solutions, and guide them through the process of transitioning to renewable energy.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, enjoys meeting new people, and is excited by the opportunity to build a career in one of the fastest-growing industries in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting consultations, presenting tailored solar solutions, following up with qualified leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective homeowners through scheduled appointments, in-home consultations, virtual meetings, and community outreach.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, battery storage, EV chargers, insulation, and other home energy solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand each homeowner’s energy usage, goals, and property requirements.
- Present customized solar and energy upgrade proposals in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
- Explain potential savings, available programs, financing options, system benefits, and project timelines.
- Build trust with homeowners by answering questions, overcoming objections, and providing excellent customer service.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accurately track leads, appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, administration, project management, and operations, to ensure a smooth customer handoff.
- Stay informed on industry trends, renewable energy programs, product updates, and competitor offerings.
- Represent Solify Canada Inc. professionally during all client interactions and community events.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in solar, home improvement, HVAC, roofing, energy efficiency, real estate, financial products, or direct-to-consumer sales is an asset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners in person and over the phone.
- Ability to explain technical information in a simple and persuasive way.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Professional, reliable, and organized.
- Experience using CRM software is an asset.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
