Groupe Sani-Tech is a specialized construction contractor. We manufacture, distribute, and install architectural products for buildings on-site. We’ve even been the largest in our field in Quebec for over 50 years. Not bad, huh?! Our 65 employees will tell you: it’s a really great place to spend 40 hours a week!
More specifically, our manufacturing team produces solid laminate partitions and locker cabinets sold across Canada. Our products are manufactured in a newly expanded factory using modern machinery. A great team of technicians supports factory operations and handles projects of all sizes, such as school construction, aquatic centers, commercial space renovations, hospitals, sports stadiums, and more.

There’s still some work to be done, too, such as:
- Design, program, and optimize CNC programs based on technical plans and manufacturing drawings, using Biesse software, among others;
- Set up CNC machines for various production runs;
- Monitoring production and adjusting cutting parameters for solid laminate (speed, feed rate, depth of cut, tool selection)
- Collaborating with the design and engineering team to translate product specifications into efficient machining programs
- Performing quality checks on machined parts and making necessary corrections
- Document and archive programs, parameters, and machining procedures
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to machines or programs
- Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and the reduction of material waste
- Perform first-level maintenance on equipment and report anomalies to the maintenance department
- Comply with and promote applicable health and safety regulations

Requirements
- Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) in machining technology, CNC machine operation, or equivalent training
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in CNC programming, ideally in the wood, panel, or composite materials sector
- Experience with Biesse machines and software (a major asset)
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of G/M code programming (a plus)
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
