Independent Cleaning Contractor
Compensation: $35-$45 per hour equivalent, depending on experience and job requirements
Sparwood Cleaning Services is looking for experienced independent cleaning contractors to join our growing team.
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Sparwood and are seeking reliable, detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work and can represent our company with professionalism.

Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Reliable vehicle and transportation
- Your own cleaning equipment and supplies
- Active liability insurance
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

- Experience with residential, commercial, or post-construction cleaning

About the Position
This is an independent contractor position. Contractors are responsible for providing their own transportation, equipment, supplies, and insurance.
Work opportunities will be offered on an as-needed basis and are expected to increase as the company continues to grow. Contractors may accept opportunities based on their availability.
