Reports to: Branch Manager and Operations Officer

Location: 6740 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC V6Y 2C2
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to new and existing clients.
- Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner.
- Process counter transactions in a way that meets customer expectations.
- Identify sales opportunities and refer them to the sales team for follow-up and closure to meet business goals set by the Branch.
- Provide administrative support to Customer Relation Representatives and the Operations Officer.
Requirements:
- Minimum of post-secondary degree or College Diploma in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A higher degree is an asset.
- Minimum of one years of customer service or cashier experience. Banking experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese to effectively perform the responsibilities of the position. Verbal Cantonese skills are considered an asset.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Willingness to learn and self-motivation to support the team.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle difficult situations.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in achieving work accuracy on the first attempt.
- Strong common sense and patience, especially when addressing customer requests and inquires.
- Proven adherence to bank policies and procedures.
