Position: Budtender (Part-Time)
As a Budtender at Pluto Plants, you’ll be the face of our brand—welcoming customers, guiding them through our carefully curated product selection, and ensuring they leave with the perfect product and a great experience.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
- Listen actively to customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Stay informed about cannabis strains, terpenes, cannabinoids, and trends.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash with care.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with inventory counts and complete daily operational tasks.
- Work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Use internal programs to improve your cannabis knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 19+ years old.
- Genuine passion for cannabis and willingness to continuously learn.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and industry trends.
- Friendly, professional, and attentive to customer needs.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage responsibilities solo.
- CannSell certification (required).
- Valid police background check (required).
- Previous cannabis retail experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Greenline POS is a bonus.
