Working with a diverse clientele ranging from professional athletes, pregnant / postpartum women and people from all walks of life, ages and stages. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients and fostering a supportive team atmosphere. Our current RMT's are operating with a full client base, and we are looking for another RMT to take new clients to the growing practice.
Our clinic, located at 316 St. Mary’s Road, provides our clients and staff with a safe, relaxing atmosphere and working environment. Summit Wellness + Sports Injury is found in a central location amongst the borders of St. Boniface, Old St. Vital and Norwood.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapy services, tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients. You’ll work in a spacious and well-decorated environment equipped with premium amenities, allowing you to preform your best work and ensure a comfortable experience for both you and your clients. As part of a collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to grow your practice in a supportive and well resourced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customized massage therapy treatments to clients, including relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic or treatment focused massages.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine treatment needs and set therapeutic goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting treatment environment.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional care and communication.
- Stay current with industry trends and continue professional development as required.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a recognized program and holds an active membership with a licensed association and registered to work in Manitoba.
- Commitment to providing exceptional, individualized client care and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Motivated and self-driven, looking to grow their own practice within our clinic.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required.

Pay: $54.00-$90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
