We're looking for a Project Manager who can own delivery across multiple engagements, keep clients and internal teams aligned, and bring the kind of discipline that turns complex projects into predictable outcomes.
About the Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you'll lead delivery across both client engagements and internal operations, owning schedules, managing documentation, tracking milestones, and driving decisions from kickoff through closeout. This is not a status-taking role. You will work directly with consultants, clients, practice leads, and internal operations to keep multiple workstreams organized and make sure nothing falls between the cracks. We're looking for someone who stays ahead of the work, not just reports on it.
What you will do
- Own delivery of concurrent engagements from kickoff through closeout, keeping tasks, timelines, and deliverables on track
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and RAID logs that reflect how the work actually gets done
- Run client-facing governance: kickoffs, weekly status updates, and reporting that stakeholders can actually act on
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams on project logistics, risks, and scheduling
- Track resource assignments and flag capacity or coverage gaps to the appropriate leads
- Maintain accurate project documentation including SOWs, change logs, meeting notes, and deliverable records
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for consultants placed on client engagements
- Support internal operations workflows including process documentation, reporting, and coordination across HR, PMO, and Operations
- Manage scope with discipline: catch drift early, document changes, and keep statement-of-work commitments intact
- Identify operational gaps and contribute to process improvement and PMO maturity initiatives
Required Experience
- 3+ years in a project management role, ideally in a consulting, staff augmentation, or professional services environment
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple engagements simultaneously with a clear track record of on-time, on-scope delivery
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and how they apply in practice
- Proficiency with project management platforms such as Teamwork, Jira, Asana, or similar
- Strong command of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel)
- Clear and confident communicator — comfortable engaging clients professionally and keeping internal teams aligned
- Proactive and self-directed — you follow up, you close loops, and you don't wait to be asked twice
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
Good to Have
- Experience in a consulting, staff augmentation, or professional services environment
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
- Familiarity with resource management or workforce coordination
- Comfort working with automations or connected tools across platforms
