Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing residential renovation and build projects from initiation through completion. This role includes coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring work progresses in line with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes. The Construction Project Manager will prepare progress reports, and address project risks or issues in a timely manner. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with designers and internal teams, trades, reviewing plans and change orders, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The role also requires continuous communication with senior lead project director and provide clear expectations, resolve concerns, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Requirements:
- Active BC Residential Builder Licence (General Contractor) required
- 3-4 years experience managing residential construction projects, including custom homes, duplexes, additions, and major renovations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Valid driver's licence.
