We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Liquor Store Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
✔ Several years of liquor store management experience
✔ Strong knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, coolers, and spirits
✔ Experience with inventory control and product ordering
✔ Ability to work with suppliers and sales representatives
✔ Knowledge of pricing, merchandising, and product displays
✔ Experience creating promotions, advertising, social media posts, and flyers
✔ Strong customer service and team leadership skills
✔ Experience with POS systems and daily store operations
✔ Ability to increase sales and maintain stock levels
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Order products and maintain inventory levels
- Monitor sales and identify fast-moving products
- Create promotional sales and marketing campaigns
- Manage social media advertising and flyers
- Train and supervise staff
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with liquor regulations
