Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations
- Organize and restock supplies as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Assist with meal preparation or light cooking tasks as required
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients, addressing any specific requests or concerns
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements
- Proficiency in English;
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic cooking skills for light meal preparation or kitchen assistance
- Experience with laundry services and household organization
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols
